Analysis effectiveness of risk management process, case: PT. Pardic Jaya Chemicals

The main purpose of this research paper is to study the effectiveness risk management process in department of pt. Pardic jaya chemicals. The key of effectiveness risk management were stated as three significant factors which is operational efficiency, effective in business process and efficacious of strategy. A secondary data questionnaire was collected from a selection of department pt. Pardic jaya chemicals from sub section head to the board of directors. Spss - cronbach?çös alpha has been used in this research to examine reliability by determining the internal consistency of items (variables) within the test and the amos was chosen as statistical method to analyze structural equation modelling (sem) of the validity overall model fit and estimate the structural parameter which is the relationship between construct of the independent variable in structural model. The conclusion that efficacious strategy is the most significant factor followed by effective in business process related to their effectiveness risk management process.The Implication of this research, that pt. Pardic jaya chemicals should consider their operational efficiency since it needs to be improved regarding their existing control procedure operational risk management.
