Exploring influencing factors for the selection of finance company to buy Honda motorcycle: a case study of PT Nambo Motorindo Jaya
The purpose of this research is to study and explore influencing factors for the selection of finance company to buy Honda Motorcycle - a case study of PT Nambo Motorindo Jaya. Which of these price perception, service quality, promotion, company image, public relation, and reference group factors are significantly influence factors to the customer purchase decision of Honda motorcycle using finance company? Identification of the factor that give less influence will also be part of the research purpose.rnThe primary data collected on 8th January 2015 to 22th January 2015, is obtained by the distribution of questionnaire to 100 customers who had bought Honda motorcycle using financial company at PT Nambo Motorindo Jaya. The data is analysed using the SPSS software version 21, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the highest influencing factors are product, followed by price perception, reference group, company image, and service quality. However, public relation does not significantly affect the customer purchase decision of Honda motorcycle at PT Nambo Motorindo Jaya using finance company.
