The Impact of work-life balance and organizational culture on intention to leave among employees – a case study at PT. S. Construction Engineering, Jakarta
The purpose of this research is to explain that both work-life balance and organizational culture factors have a significant impact and influences on employee?çös turnover intentions. The secondary data was collected and primary data was also collected by using questionnaires from current and resigned employees and analyzed using the spss and amos assessment tools. According to the results, work-life balance and organizational culture are both positive correlated with employees?çö intention to leave the organization. Results indicate that the better the organizational culture and work-life balance practices in the company, the smaller the number of employee?çös intentions to leave and highest interest the employees want to work in the company. Thus, management should create harmonious working environment to support the employees on work-life balance practices to effectively retain skilled employees and also to enhance organization performance and its competitiveness among the similar industries.
