This study is to analyze the needs and requirements of the indonesianrnBusiness community for intellectual property rights management in postrnGraduate educational program in indonesia. This research uses bothrnQualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the topic. Primary data isrnBased on survey, while secondary was collected from books, articles, papers,rnAnd internet sources. This works find that most of the indonesian businessrnCommunity prefer to have intellectual property rights management educationrnIn indonesia as a short course instead of post graduate degree program,rnSince master of intellectual property rights management program wouldrnConsume a lot of time and cost, meanwhile necessity to manage intellectualrnProperty rights in daily business activities is still not as priority one. AnyrnEducational institution in indonesia which would offer intellectual propertyrnRights management education as a short course to the indonesian businessrnCommunity must provide specific intellectual property rights managementrnTopic, in terms of study case and lecturer, to related specific industry.
