This thesis is to study and analyze revenue and claim performance of asuransirnAllianz utama indonesia among some competitors and relative to market itself forrnPeriod 2005-2009. The study and analysis based on financial data from year 2005-rn2009 and result of questionnaire distributed to allianz customers.
