The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the achievement of enterprise based vocational education (eve) program to satisfy the quality technical talents need in pt holcim indonesia tbk. The first step is evaluating the most influencing factor in satisfying the talents requirement from the enterprise. The second step is evaluating the variable that significantly important to deliver graduate that compatible with the job requirement as well as factor that the most attractive to get high qualify eve students candidates. The result show that graduates job fit is the most influencing factor to the users satisfaction and most depend on the graduates ability to work inside the team. The variable that significantly impacting the graduates quality is the graduates ability to full fill cement technician profile while the employment opportunity is the most motivation attracting eve candidates.
