Sop is expected to be implemented in indonesia and tornMotivate legal security professionals, law enforcement or system administrators tornFrame and consider their technical actions in the context of existing legal governance.rnA research method in making this thesis uses triangulation, reflecting an effort to gainrnA deeper understanding of the phenomenon being studied. Methods used in analyzingrnThis problem using a qualitative methodology that is by doing literature withrnReferences to papers, book, e-books, journals. Interview with related parties of thesernIssues raised, such as expert witness, cyber law, experts, investigators. And learnrnStandard operating procedures that already exist. With standard operating proceduresrn(sop) to collect digital evidence will be able to facilitate investigators to conduct arnDigital forensic process in accordance with technology advancement to obtain digitalrnEvidence of legitimate and accountable in court.
