The problem to be examined involves possible contribution factors that may effect the slowing or failing of company?çös program achievement. Qualitative research is used to do the study with closed observation and in depth interview as the main data collection method. Researcher is inside the organization and resuming that employee relationship is important to support corporation vision, mission and goal.
