Analysing the influence of student satisfaction of university services at bachelor level: a case study of Swiss German University
The main purpose of this research is to determine, through the use of an adopted model, to what extent sgu's Current body of students and bachelor graduates are satisfied, and identify the factors that contribute to their satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Data is collected from current and bachelor graduate students through survey method, and structural equation modeling using amos path diagram is used to determine the strength of the various dimensions of the model. The results indicate that both current bachelor and graduated students, are mostly satisfied with the services at sgu. The largest contributor to current student satisfaction stems from the service performance dimension which relates to the academic nature of university services. The major source of dissatisfaction for current students concerns the university performance dimension which relates to the non-academic elements of the university experience. Recommendations are provided to address these deficiencies. Results also reveal a strong correlation between students? Willingness to promote sgu via ?word Of mouth? And their satisfaction rates.
