A good Customer Database Management System that can handlernand manage customer data and its complaint will give a significant role to fulfillrncustomers' inquiry and at the end can improve customer satisfaction.rnThe primary purpose of this research paper is to establish a database system tornmanage customer complaints, in order to improve the customer satisfaction. Therndatabase system should be an integrated database from any source related. The reportrncan be used to analyze the possible fix root causes of dissatisfaction and determinernfuture directions for service, product and process improvements.rnAnalysis on current activities in handling customer complaints and current problemrnsituation will be used as a starting point to design and develop a well manageablerncustomer database. Designing process is using Data Flow Diagram and EntityrnRelationship Diagram whereas implementation is developed in the prototype form inrnorder to give a through out managed and well designed output of database system.
