The propose of this thesis is to study of logistics outsourcing implementation at Mead Johnson Indonesia (MJI), based on MJI's supply chain management model and a theoretical supply chain process and logistics outsourcing. The aim is to improve capabilities information sharing among MJI and TPL for increase the quality of customer service.nnThe results study points out that achieving information sharing in supply chain can avoid the lack information and bottleneck of the chain, and improve the overall performance to gain competitiveness and to meet the requirements of the company's complex environment.
