Although until now SAP continues to be a predominant financial management information system in the world, but it carries manifold opportunities for manipulating data or initialing unauthorized business processes. Additionally, the system may have poorly secured critical user IDs and improper protective settings that may facilitate unauthorized intrusion. We propose structuring authority based on position and job role definition to overcome employee position tracking problem and miss issue i authorization scheme has its own accessibility profile. Hence, the structural and job rolen authority assignment. This integration should not be understood as authority multiplication within business transaction because each authorization should be separated but the sep composition within business transaction. When an employee moves to the new position, he isaration should not prevent integration. In our research we have achieved integration by deploying a policy-based system which allows role assigned the relevant authority that is derived from the position role authority. The result of this research shows that the structural and job role based authorization leads to a strong authority assignment control where the job role authorization has to be well organized. Although the authorization administration is required to do additional work in granting authorization to employees, maintaining job role authorization will yield a noticeable improvement in the authorization assignment process.
