Introduction and Analysis of the Corporate Financial Restructuring Model in the Apparel Manufacturer
In this thesis, I introduce a model for corporate financial restructuring in the apparel manufacturer. I deploy the essence of how an ailing company can be restructured with an objective to become financially healthy again, and able to run its operation in a proper way. Furthermore, it provides concepts of how to analyse the problems and how to implement the solution to achieve the objective. This thesis also provides a ground on the importance of appropriate cash flow planning and control in achieving the objective of financial restructuring, along with the existing constraints for the implementation of such planning and control, as well as providing understanding of the key success factors and the driving forces of such planning and control.
