Entrance thes is very important because they have such a strong influence on a person's future, test must be consturcted and administered with great care.nnNowadays, computer is commonly used, hence using computers to administer tests not only can proveide relief to instructors but also can improve the overall quality of traditional tests. Computers provide the opportunity to administer new types of tests that maybe more valid, reliable, and efficient.nnThis thesis discusses the existing possibility of Computerized-Based Test abased on a case study on Swiss German University.nnThe design will follow Web application methodology and brings system designs, and physical design. nnThe reason using PHP and PostgreSQL because the efficiency and low cost. nnThe system design gives the design representation based on data and process. The physical design gives the user interface desich and to insert data to the databases.n
