A Study of Key Performance Indicators To Measure The Effects Of Implementing An Asset Management Systems On Maintenance Performance at A Petroleum Company Operating in Indonesia
This paper studies Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and their effects on production plant maintenance performance at a petroleum company operating in Indonesia. Models of workforce performance dynamics are developed to show the interrelationships between the indicators using System Dynamics principles. The KPI's derive data from the organization's asset management system, which was in the process of a major restructuring of its equipment register and work order management business process. The asset management system implementation was still in the stabilization phase, thus the KPI's ony show near-realistic values towards the end of the study period. No trends coud be deduced yet, so the performance dynamics could only be analyzed qualitatively.n
