Analysis on total quality management implementation towards organizational performance in construction company: case study at PT. Total Bangun Persada

Organizational performance is one of the key success in satisfying the customer and determine the success or failure of the company. Considering the increasingly fierce competition among construction companies in the existing market, it is important to improve and increase the organizational performance of the company. Total Quality Management (TQM) is one way to improve customer satisfaction through improvement of organization performance.nThe purpose of this research is to investigate the contribution of TQM implementationntowards the organizational performance in Construction Company with PT Total Bangun Persada (PT TBP) as case study. Therefore researcher would like to determine the factors and analyze each determinant correlation and contribution. Primary data is obtained by questionnaire to 74 employees of PT TBP. The data gathered then analyzed using the SPSS and AMOS. The result showed that TQM implementation has corellation with organizational performance. it also indicate that employee empowerment has strong correlation with TQM implementation in PT TBP, and measurement as the weakest correlation with TQM implementation in PT TBP. conclusion and recommendation are given in the last part of research based on the findings from data gathered.
