Analysis of technical, financial and legal factors that determine enterprise value of coal company merger and acquisition in Indonesia
The purpose of this research is looking at the relationship between the factors of technical, financial and legal with enterprise value in mergers and acquisitions of coal companies in Indonesia over the last 10 years. Data obtained from secondary data sources in the company works and from published data on the internet. The data thus obtained are as many as 46 secondary data with parameters resources, reserves, stripping ratio, calorific value, distance from pit to port, and distance from ports to vessels, production per annum, the cost from pit to port, from port to vessel costs, royalties, coal price and permit status. The data is then processed using a statistical method to determine the most population, and then data will be processed using SPSS software to determine the validity and reliability. Finally, data will be processed by AMOS software to determine the correlation between variables to determine which the most influential variables are and the variables which are not significant.nBased on the results of research by the authors showed that a technical matter is the factor that most affects the value of enterprise. And factors that matter most used effects are number of coal resources. Financial aspect is the second factor that affects the enterprise value.
