Analysis of the implementation of e-patient system in xyz clinic
The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the implementation of e- patient system and the implications to performance with customers and internal role performance of xyz clinic. The main purpose of this research is to determine the correlation between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, internal support, self-efficacy, subjective norm, compatibility, and technology discomfort with actual use e-patient system, and whether it positively impacts the performance of xyz clinic with customers. The primary data is obtained by using the questionnaires to 100 employees of xyz clinic, while secondary data was obtained from internal. The data is analyzed using structural equation modeling (sem) and statistical analysis to test the hypotheses. The results indicated that perceived ease of use, subjective norm and compatibility had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, with compatibility being the most contribution. Perceived usefulness significantly influences actual e-patient use. As e-patient was fully implemented in xyz clinic, there is 11% increased of patient?s Visits after e-patient system implemented, as compared with the same period prior to implementation..
