Analysis of factors influencing consumer buying behavior in aesthetic industry : a case study at x clinic
Demand for aesthetics salon and clinic in indonesia has grown significantly along with the climb of their economic condition and citizen welfare. This happens because economic growth has major effect in increasing numbers of middle-class citizen who plays an important role as the main target of aesthetics salon and clinic business. It becomes challenges for the x clinic to maintain its loyal customers and competitive position in the aesthetics market. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the influencing factors of customer loyalty (customers become more loyal and increase their usage of products and services). The primary data is obtained by using the questionnaires to 100 customers of x clinics and interviewed. The data is analyzed using structural equation modeling (sem) and statistical analysis to test the hypotheses. Finding of this research is that service quality, customer satisfaction are the most significant factors in influencing customer loyalty at x clinic, followed by trust factor, while switching cost is found to be the less influence factor. The result is used to address the market environment of x clinics and future recommendation based on the study.
