Implementation of Business Process Management Systems in Pharmaceuticals Distribution Center at PT. XYZ to Improve Process Control and Employees' Productivity
The primary purpose of this research paper is to study performance of Pharmaceuticals DISTRIBUTION CENTER, alternative productivity improvements and providing instrument for operational decisions within the DISTRIBUTION CENTER. The methodology used for this research study was developed by General Electric (GE) Company, called Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) Deployment. Upon completing this project the author wants to prove that the adoption of BPMS in the process management of PT. XYZ DISTRIBUTION CENTER will improve process control and employees' productivity as shown by the improvements of its KPI achievements after the implementation. The BPMS's process management dashboard will serve as performance monitoring tool for the management of PT. XYZ to make decisions based on facts without physically being in the DISTRIBUTION CENTER and the BPMS implementation will establish a strong framework for continuous improvement in the future.
