The research was performed at PT.Alas Makmur Langgeng Abadi and focused on the company marketing strategy. The purpose of this research is to study and provide idea to the company marketing strategy and analyze factors that could increase the company competitiveness. This research especially analyzes the company sales and its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The current condition of the company was the sales declines in the past recent years, which the decline was affected by external and internal condition .The research methodology steps are data collection, analyze the problem, data processing, analyze the result and give the solution. The utilization of the marketing mix strategy especially the product is expected to improve the company sales and competitiveness in the world market.
