The purpose of this thesis is to analyze sales management in PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia (or Allianz), determine whether the existing sales management is capable in leading the company to be number one in 2010.nnVariety of factors related to industry is also analyzed. In addition, analyzing the key competitor is accomplished for comparison, as well as internal and external issues influencing the business.nnThese analyses assist Allianz in projecting the probability to be number one on 2010. nnThe result of this thesis showing Allianz will become number one in 2010. As sales management plays a great role in increasing productivity.
