The thesis work is to describe an application in the Management Information System field, as well as to use this approach for Academic Process system at Indonesian Institute of Technology (ITI) base on web. The work only focuses in the processes of deliver services to student and lecturer. The study contains planning, analysis, design, and implementation phase. The planning phase results in decision of building web-based application on the intranet of ITI. The analyses of the current system come up with process automation and several improvements. The design will present relational database design methodology using Entity Relational Diagram as well as the Data Flow Diagram. The Development of web is using PHP language for the programming language, database MySQL, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX for designing the user interface. Expecting by an existing of Academic Information System will make easy the student to find the exam result, and other information about their study. The lecturers and academic administrator also able to get this benefit of Academic Process.
