The research was performed at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia and was focused on the Life and Health business process system. The purpose of the research is to analyze the and design of Life and Health system in one system, as Integrated Business in order to improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance. The research methodology steps are observation, analyze the problem and the requirement or expected design and analyze the results design of the Integrated Life and Health system n nThe current condition the Life and Health System are separated and each has own database, this create some problem, such as redundant data customer, slower processing time, and some manual work for compiling the production report from those two kind of insurance.nnThe implementation of the system is expected improve business process such as the recording data customer in one database, updating data in one system, controlling, reconciling and generating report activities become easier and faster, increase productivity and efficiency and also financial benefits due to the improvement business performance.
