The objective of this research is to improve labor productivity at construction project in Indonesia. the study case was provided by PT. Thembuzz Berkat Alam, a construction company in Tangerang, Indonesia. the problems were that the company felt that their labors are not operating at best productivity and the company wanted to know the reason and the solution. the methodology used was PDCA in this research. Data were collected using activity sampling, data request, work measurement, and questionnaire survey. the result showed that indeed the companys labors were not operating close to best productivity. the cause of this was because of disciplinary factors of the labors. If labor productivity is improved, the company could reduce project costs and labors could gain more for working at the same amount of work hour.
