Payroll Management information System is a method for effective, efficient and faster payroll calculation and report making. This method is effective because it will automate salary and tax calculation monthly. Therefore, reduce paper works and time process.rnrnThe research focuses on salary and tax calculation according to PPh 21 taxation law. The proposed system is to be applied to permanent employees (Lecturers and Staffs). rnrnAutomation process starts from analysis, design, and implementation the process into web based application. This research uses PHP as the web based programming language and MySQL as the Database Management System.
