3-tier digital library

Swiss German University is an International University. As an international university, SGU need an online library. Online library or digital library basically is library on the web. Digital library models almost all function in library. You can not borrow a book in digital library, but you can reserve book and take it later. Searching information in digital library is easier than in usual library. 3-tier architecture was used in almost all enterprises system. This thesis tries to build digital library with 3-tier architecture. Using 3-tier architecture gives a lot of advantages in future work and implementation, although building 3-tier architecture a lot harder than 2-tier architecture in first place. The experience and knowledge was gained during building digital library was very useful in the future, especially when you work as programming. Hopefully this thesis will give students more knowledge in 3-tier architecture and how to build it using Java.
