Business process improvement: an evaluation of Swiss German University business process efficiency
This thesis assesses the effective and efficient of the Swiss German University (SGU) business process activity. A qualitative method was used for designing the business process of the university and interviews were conducted with the representative sample of SGU's Staff includes lecturer, marketing staff, human resource staff, R&D staff,etc. From findings, the author concluded that the SGU business process are quite satisfying, but even so, as the university is growing and keep on growing and the need to satisfy their customer keeps on growing also, their activity becomes wider and they need to adjust to cope with the recent situation whereas the more variety of customer needs, various lesson to be given and the more challenge that they are going to face.
