Designing and constructing an oven which measures the time and heat required to control the cooking process
Smart oven is an oven that can measure the time and heat required to fully cook a food. It is consist of sensor to measure the oven's temperatures, sensor to measure the temperature inside the food, and weight scale to know the reference weight of the food. Control panel is use to gives and input command to the controller of the oven. Those parameters from the sensor will calculated the time and heat needed to optimize the doneness of the food. Place the food inside the oven then user does not have to check the condition of the food during the cooking process. There will be an indicator when the food is fully cooked. In this thesis it will discussed how to optimize the cooking result by considering the changes in a temperature and also weight of the food as parameter of fully cooked food.
