Designing and implementing a decision support system for property brokers

The purpose of this project is to develop a Decision Support System for property brokers.The system is implemented in a computer program. The system consists of Authentication modules (Sign Up, Log In, Change Password, and Sign Out), Listing modules (New Listing,rnView Listing, and Edit Listing), a DSS module, an Information module, and a Contact Usrnmodule.rnrnAll integrated modules will provide complete information about property specification andrnproperty selection decision making based on information given. The Decision Support Systemrnwill supply data which assist in the process of receiving a fast, accurate, and smart decision inrna professional field. So, the system will help property brokers and its customers in choosingrnthe right property which appropriate with their criteria, desire, and needs.rnrnThe project is web based application and will be designed using PHP & HTML as arnprogramming language, MySQL as a database engine, Macromedia Dreamweaver as an editorrnand Apache as a web server.rnrnThe methodology that will be used is prototyping. The design focuses on a representation ofrnaspects that will be visible by the user. The design leads to the construction of a prototypernexpecting an immediate feedback from users to ensure that the program has run in accordancernto the plan.
