Managerial influences in the relationship of budget participation and work satisfaction on PT Techindo Pratama
The research will be performed at PT. Techindo Pratama and is focused on Human Resource Management. The primary purpose of this research is to analyze the managerial role in influencing the budget and creating work satisfaction to their employee related with high turnover problem. Research methodology steps are observation, analyze the problem by developing appropriate Questionnaires, and analyze the result and summary.rnThe current condition was enabling company to work effective and efficiently because the high turnover rate was high. By contrast, where skills are relatively scarce, where recruitment are costly or where it takes several weeks to fill vacancy turnover is likely to be a problematic from a management point of view.
