Traditional and herbal spa as an attraction to increase tourism in Bali

The purpose of this thesis is to conduct research on the Balinese 'traditional and herbal' spa as part of health tourism and, its potentiality as tourism attraction to develop Bali as Spa destination hence support the development of tourism in the region.rnrnSpa facilities can be found almost in every part of Bali. Many of this health purpose relaxation activity is performed in unique atmosphere of Balinese culture; this and the use of traditional herbal product distinguish Bali spa from the others. Unfortunately the exposure of this unique tourism related product has not yet been optimized to name Bali as spa destination.rnrnThe research method used is a descriptive and the qualitative method and the quantitative data will be use as supportive information. The variable of study are correlated by using theoretical concept and the formulation of logical explanation.rnrnThe data collecting is conducted using combination of literature research from books, website, Interview and questionnaire.
