The effect of hotel management change on employee satisfaction
The main purpose of this research is to see how a management change in a hotel affects the employees in general and their working satisfaction level in particular. Primary data will be collected by using questionnaire and interviews. The data is analyzed using correlation analysis, linear regression, and one sample t test. The focus group for this research is employees who experienced management change. As it turned out, management change did not cause an alteration in corporate culture of hotel X. Hotel management change however, has a positive effect on the hotel's performance and employee satisfaction.
