The purpose of the thesis is to identify the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction in Starbucks and to measure the relationship with customer satisfaction. It also tries to explore on how product quality contribute to customer satisfaction. The thesis has also investigated the level of customers' knowledge on Starbucks coffee. rnrnThe primary data are collected by conducting interview to Starbucks staff and questionnaire to customers and gathering secondary data from Starbucks.rnrnQuality of the product is very important to increase the customer satisfaction. There is a direct relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, a good quality of product which involves the quality, taste, aroma, price and hygiene influence the customer satisfaction. Although from the research, it can be concluded that product quality is the only variable in customer satisfaction. It was found that variable such as atmosphere of the place, location also influence customer satisfaction.
