Designing and constructing the pneumatic transferring system for light weight items controlled by microcontroller
The project is intended and construct a miniature of the pneumatic tansferring system capable of delivering the light weight items from an origin station to a destination station. To reach the capability of the pneumatic transferring system uses the microcontroller to controller the directional valve of the pneumatic transferring system, and then to optimize the performance of the pneumatic transferring system uses the Hall Effect sensor. The directional valve will control the direction of the air circulation of the pneumatic transferring system. The air circulatiom inside the pneumatic transferring system can push, and vacuum the object. The movement of the object inside the pneumatic transferring system is controlled by the directional control valve. The Hall Effect sensor is used by the pneumatic transferring system to detect the position of the object when it is inside the pneumatic transferring system, and stop the system when it has finished one cycle transferring items. The miniature of the pneumatic transferring system needs the actuators to let the pneumatic transferring system work properly. The actuator is the double action cylinder, to stop the object inside the pneumatic transferring system, turn, and push it into the destination station of the pneumatic transferring system.
