Improving internal business process in fajar timur motor insurance car workshop in order to improve the customers satisfaction and improve the customers relationships
This thesis will explore more on internal business process to improve the customers satisfaction and customers relationships. This will lead to improve the sustainable revenue and profitability growth. The case of this thesis will be in Fajar Timur Motor insurance car workshop. This company focuses on insured car only. This workshop specializes in car body repair and painting specialty. The methodology of this thesis will be started by analyzing the problems occur. Then after the problems have been recognized, potential solution can be established by improving the management strategies. These management strategies will improve the customer satisfaction and customer relationship level. If these improvements can make the customers happy and being loyal towards the services, then they will become loyal to the company itself. Loyal and satisfied customer will increase the sustainable company's revenue and profitability growth.
