This thesis will explore more on study accounting and finance software to know if they already automation to make annual report. The case study of this thesis will be Verena Otto Finance Tbk. This company concentrates on credits vehicles. The methodology of this thesis will start by identify the problems that happen when company make annual report manual. Using accounting and finance software can solve the problems that happened in manual. The process of accounting and finance also do not easy as people see or say. Because of that, I make this thesis to know the process, benefits and weakness when make annual report manual or use software. With this thesis, I hope people will be more understand about accounting and finance software.
