This thesis compares of the related aspects of clicks and mortar model and virtual model in computer store business, with case study in Bhinneka.com. The basic thought started from the Indonesia culture still prefers physical contact. Virtual model may have the limitation to adapt with the Indonesia condition, therefore, traditional store is also needed to support the business growth. Click and mortar business model can be a good solution. The method adopted in this thesis is observation and interviews with relevant sources. The collected data will be compared to know about the strong and weakness of the business model. The researcher takes Bhinneka.com as the case study because the related company transform from virtual model to click and mortar business model and already successfully implement the click and mortar business model in computer store business. There are opportunities and benefits for both business models. The researcher will compare both business models. The thesis will also show the investment and operational cost and benefit comparison of click and mortar model and virtual model.
