Developing a 360 degree perception survey on SGU: a stakeholder perspective
The purpose of this study is to investigate the feedback system in SGU and find the most suitable system that can be implemented in SGU. The proposed 360 degree feedback could help SGU to get multiple perspectives from its stakeholders such as students, lecturers, parent, SGU staff and alumni. Those feedbacks could help SGU find the current position and performance of university for continuous development. The methodology used in this thesis includes the first step of the implementation process in 360 degree feedback such as, planning, piloting and analyzing the situation in SGU. This study includes qualitative and quantitative data, which involve the students, parent, lecturer, alumni, and SGU staff as the respondent. The result of this study will provide information related to the implementation of the 360-degree feedback and factors that need to be consider. The result of this study may be beneficial for SGU future development.
