Designing and constructing a model of the Singapore Flyer
This thesis project is intended to design and construct a model of the Singapore Flyer. This model will have 2 modes; automatic and manual. There will be 2 programs for the automatic modes; clockwise and counterclockwise. In manual mode, the operator can rotate the wheel with push button to choose which capsule the operator wants to get and it is for emergency case too. An accelerometer will measure the capsule's slope, and then microcontroller will process the angle for control purpose. Next microcontroller also controls the motor to make the capsule's slope in default position. A graphic LCD is also used to display the wheel speed
