This research is about the implementation of strategic management tools such as SWOT analysis to have an insight into PT. Siantan Suryatama's production process to improve PT. Siantan Suryatama' sustainability in serving its buyers and to increase its rnprofitability by improving the quality and the quantity of its product: coconut shell rncharcoal briquettes. The SWOT analysis provides insight into how the company can rnimprove its competencies, overcome its deficiencies, discover opportunities, and counter the attack of potential threats. Based on the result of our SWOT analysis, wernfocuses on the process of raw material procurement, warehousing and grinding torncreate a strategic action that he company needs to take. Finally, based on the strategicrnaction, we assist PT. Siantan Suryatama in building a raw material drying facility andrnputting a new procedure into the company's standard operating procedure of the rawrnmaterial drying process in order to improve the quality and the quantity of it product,rnwhich in turn results in an improved sustainability in serving the buyers and an rnincreased profit.
