In this study, the researcher would like to analyze the marketing strategy to improve skill competency of small medium business in travel industry, with the case study PT.XYZ. The main purpose of this research is to determine what strategy that can support small medium business in order to improve their skill competency to reach larger customer base and get more value to be competitive in the market. Qualitative and quantitative approaches are conducted in this study.rnThe result analysis of this research shows the new marketing strategy model by analyzing existing marketing strategy and potential result of PT.XYZ. Information communication technology is as tool to create innovation program in order to add more value to the customer. Hence, small medium business must continually innovate with new technology and innovative product or services.
