Analysis of corporate culture in a banking industry towards corporate performance (case of bank x)
This thesis aims to analyze corporate culture in a banking industry by taking cases of Bank X and how it links to the corporate performance. This thesis also evaluates the indicator performance of the bank by measuring its financial indicators.rnThe methodology being used in this thesis is both qualitative and quantitative methods. For the qualitative method, author using observation, interview and reviewing past and current performance of the bank by adopting a case study method, meanwhile with quantitative method, author utilizes statistical analysis using multiple regression method by taking data of financial year from the third quarter of 2005 until the first quarter of 2009 with the help SPSS v.16.rnThe empirical findings of this research show that the bank's corporate culture has a significant influence towards corporate performance. Improve performance of the bank can be seen from the awards given for the bank's service excellence and increase in profitability
