The analysis of outsourced operation in hotel management
Nowadays, outsourced operation become well knows. This research is conducted to analyze utilization of outsourced operation in hotel management, especially to determine of which area in hotel industry can be acceptable for outsourcing operation. The purpose of this research is to analyze how outsourced operation can be affect the effectiveness in managing hotel and how hotel can be efficient due to outsourcing. According to the research, it can be seen that the role of outsourced operation in hotel management for helping during the operational. The most common reason of some hotels used the outsourced operation to minimize cost. The other side, outsourcing trend in hotel that will be continuously in future because the outsourced operation will give benefit for the user instead of outsourced operation still got shortcoming.
