The rapid penetration of Information Technology into business model everywherernlures companies to adapt various Information Systems in order to achieve betterrnefficiency and effectiveness of their daily function. PT. Mesitechmitra Purnabangunrnhas installed GPS-supported fleet management system on their operation in Riau forrnalmost a year and wants an evaluation conducted for its performance and effects. Thisrnstudy accomplishes that by auditing the system implementation through grading andrnanalyzing the implementation impact through comparisons. In the end, it is found thatrnwhile the system is utilized and performs satisfactorily, half of the business goals arernnot met.
