Impact and value of strategic outsourcing (for company PT. X)
The purposes of this thesis are to define impact and values of strategic outsourcing for company and to determine any factors that could affect to thern company by using outsourcing. Outsourcing is the process of transferring part or all of the work to other parties to support the strategy of outsourcing service for individual user, company, division or a unit within the company. The data collected through this study used qualitative research method, involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting data by interviewing people. Outsourcing contributes the benefits for the company of PT. X. The benefits are including cost efficiency, flexibility and save time. For the company that uses an outsourcing service, they should be thinking about the welfare of outsourcing workers, because outsourcing workers is also an asset for company to achieve success in their business. The implementation of outsourcing should be supported by the government/ as a regulator in order to accommodate the importance of parties involved; outsourcing company, outsourcing worker and user company.
