The purpose of the research is to find out the legal issues which are prominent in franchise relationships and to hence the recommend solution based on the prevailing legal framework. The method used by author would be qualitative research method which finding will be based on interviews and cases occured. The findings of this research are the franchise business is very promising business to whose that want to start their business without any difficulties that must start from the sctracth. Furthermore, a person who wants to buy the franchisee business they should consider all things especially the contract. And that the legal protection is the most important things that both of franchisee and franchisor should consider before they continue on the franchise, especially the franchisee agreement or contract. Because without any comprehensible agreement, misunderstanding problems between franchisee and franchisor will be happen in the following day.
