The Analysis of using a residential area as one of Pisa Cafe strategies to develop new market
Location is really important in a restaurant industry. This thesis will analyzes Pisa Cafe?s strategy to develop new market by using a residential area and using Pisa Cafe Puri as a model, to find out the advantages and disadvantages of that strategy, and to test the guest satisfaction in Pisa Cafe Puri. Most of the theories that use to do this thesis are the theory about site analysis and marketing mix. As the result, the study has shown that residential areas are potential for cafes such as Pisa Cafe Puri to expand and develop into a new market. In order to be the best cafe in Puri; they still have to improve their quality especially about their pricing strategy and promotion.
