Analysis of product-innovation strategy of the harvest as the market leader in patissier and chocolatier business in Jakarta
This research will finding out whether the Harvest is the Market Leader in Patissier and Chocolatier Business, in Jakarta, whether the Harvest is innovative according to people?s perception, and how strong is each variable of extending Product Life Cycle influencing the Harvest as the Market Leader in Patissier and Chocolatier Industry, in Jakarta. The primary data obtained by distributing questionnaire in Likert-scale form to 150 respondents. This quantitative thesis writing used inductive-descriptive method, and SPSS 15.00 is utilized for the statistical analysis. After a thorough analysis, the result shows that the Harvest is an innovative company, is the Market Leader in Patissier and Chocolatier Business in Jakarta. And, the Harvest?s position as the Market Leader is very strongly influenced by each variables of extending Product Life Cycle.
