Product differentiation and it's potential impact to increase customer volume at pancious pancake house
Creating Uniqueness is part of Product Differentiation. Product Differentiation is to make products look different and to create uniqueness of products. At this study, Pancious Pancake House using qualitative and quantitative research approach. Qualitative involves the analysis of any unstructured material, including depth interviews; focus group, customer feedback forms, and reports. Quantitative is used to measure how many people think, feel or act in a particular way. On the research purpose, the researcher has to define the step of product differentiation development as competitive advantage at Pancious Pancake House, and to find out whether or not Pancious Pancake House creating uniqueness for its product. The result from SPSS software, the uniqueness of product of Pancious Pancake House, the sig. 2 tailed is 0.740, which is bigger than the alpha (0.05). It means all respondents have a high level of uniqueness of product. Pancious Pancake House has been succeeding to make the products look unique and difference with the competitors.
